Excellent, spacious, well appointed condo with a tropical vibe, great pool, good location! Positive: This is a review for unit 303, same layout, similar furnishings (our booking got changed because of a maintenance issue). Perfect, very spacious condo, super clean, looked freshly renovated, very nicely furnished in a tropical style. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed, quiet. No ocean view but the view from the bedroom towards the jungle like green belt is nice, lots of birds. Location was great, close to downtown Kona, set back from Alii drive, close to beaches. A/C and fans worked well. Huge TV with 100s of channels Tho pool was fantastic, large, clean and warm. Beach chairs came in handy. Clear instructions for everything. Would definitely stay there again!! Negative: Building looks bland from the outside but that didn’t bother us.

Appartement au top Positive: Nous avons tout aimé ! L'emplacement face à la mer, le parking gratuit. Un vrai appartement de standing, des équipements hyper complets, des petits plus comme la glacière de plage, les chaises pliante et équipements de plongée. Une conciergerie au petits soins et très réactive.

Positive: Large condo, nicely renovated and decorated , kitchen was well equipped Negative: No AC in Living Room and bathroom. No elevator

Perfect location, beautiful property and lovely condo with lots of provisions. Positive: Everything was ready to go and we used the code to get in with no issues whatsoever. We loved that lots of things were provided, like cookware, baggies, cooler, chairs, beach supplies, sunscreen, staples, snorkeling gear, lotions, shampoo/conditioner etc etc. We loved that the lanai is screened and the pool was fabulous. The bed was so comfy and we slept great! We loved this condo and would definitely book it again in the future! Negative: The bathroom shower door has a strip that was put in backwards, on the wrong side, the glass door doesn’t shut all the way so it floods the floor in front of it every time you shower. We tried everything and ended up putting a towel down when we showered to soak it all up. Not a big deal at all, but don’t want it to go by unsaid and have the floor get ruined over time.
